This is your call for information for the upcoming First Fridays Artswalk!

*Please include ALL of the following in your response:
– Artist(s) name and their phone number(s) and/or email address(es)
– Venue (Partner) Name
– Dates of show
– Digital image(s) of their artwork (high resolution i.e. 300 dpi if possible) PLEASE INCLUDE IMAGES as email attachments!
– Artist’s statement and/or description of the art show (please include a title of the show if applicable and the mediums used)
– Special attractions/unique features of the show (including whether you are hosting an opening reception)
Please no .pdfs!
You must let us know WHETHER OR NOT you/your venue will be participating in the upcoming Artswalk and/or if you are having any trouble meeting the deadline! If you do not let us know that you are planning on participating in the upcoming month by the deadline, you will NOT be included on the Artswalk map (no exceptions)! Please respond even if you are keeping the same artist.
In order to get the Artswalk brochure and promotional materials ready in a timely fashion so as to maximize their effectiveness, we will need information about your art show or event no later than the deadline. If your information is not received by the deadline, there is no guarantee that your information will be included in the map, promotional materials, and social marketing.
Early Submission is encouraged for all promotional purposes. The earlier we receive your information, the more media outlets we can tap into!
Images are especially important to ensure extra exposure of your event on Facebook, Twitter, and our e-newsletter! Please send as many images as possible!
A REMINDER: The goal of First Fridays Artswalk is to present fresh and new art shows each month. If you need help finding a NEW artist for your venue; please contact us or check out our Artist Registry!
